Existing Members will be provided with a password to access the 2020 Member pre-sale window. To renew your membership, you must enter the pre-sale access password provided to you via email. Please not you will have access to the first pre-sale and will be required to re-allocate your seating each year. Same seat renewal is not available. If you are a Diamond Member to Brisbane State of Origin matches, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to talk about seating options for 2020.

Each Member can purchase up to 8 Ticketed Memberships. Any Membership seats purchased over this number will automatically be cancelled without a refund. This includes additional seating purchased in the general public or Maroon supporter bay seating.
There is no purchase limit for Non-Ticketed Memberships.
The delivery date of your Membership will depend on the type of Membership you have purchased.
Once your pack has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to four weeks to receive your items after your pack is dispatched.
All Ticketed Members can collect their game day merchandise from the Maroon Members collection point outside the Stadium entrance for Adelaide, Sydney and Brisbane games. Members will need to display a valid match ticket and Member card to receive their game day merchandise from the Queensland Rugby League. You will be notified prior to game day with details on pickup locations and other important match day information.

Yes. As the purchaser, you will receive the membership tickets and membership numbers for all membership items that have been purchased. The Membership numbers will be sent via email within 1-2 weeks of purchasing and will also be printed on membership cards that will be posted to the nominated postal address by the purchaser.
Each person attending can then register their card number by visiting maroonmember.com.au/register to ensure they are all kept up to date with all relevant member news and content. By registering all membership package holders, everyone will be kept up to date with the latest membership news, ticketing offers and benefits.

Members are strongly encouraged to take advantage of the free public transport included in their game day ticket when attending the Adelaide, Sydney or Brisbane game in 2020. Simply show your game day ticket to public transport staff on the day. Please note, free public transport is valid only of the day of the game to and from the venue.
If someone is sitting in your seat, or you experience issues with seating or patrons on game-day, please contact the nearest Usher for assistance. Ushers are available to direct fans to their correct seats and ensure patron safety throughout the evening. If required, Ushers can refer to security or ticketing staff to fix issues on the night.
No, as per the Terms and Conditions agreed to at the time of purchase. Ticketed Memberships cannot be sold via the internet or at a premium.
The sale of the ticket gives the purchaser a transferable, but conditional licence for admission to the specified match. The licence may be terminated if the purchaser or any subsequent transferee (a) Resells this ticket at a premium; (b) Resells this ticket through a broker or agent; (c) Advertises or offers this ticket for resale on the internet or in any other medium; (d) Uses this ticket for advertising, promotion or other commercial purpose (including competitions or trade promotions), fundraising or to enhance the demand for other goods or services; without the prior, written permission of the NRL and or the QRL. The NRL and or the QRL has the right to deny admission if the licence has been terminated. Ticket scalping is an offence under consumer law in Australia and may incur the below penalties should this matter be referred to the police. Sellers of scalped tickets face a maximum fine of 20 penalty units or $2200. Buyers of scalped tickets face a maximum fine of 5 penalty units or $550.

No. The Maroon Members Cruise is not an inclusion of your Membership. Holding a Maroon Membership entitles you to purchase onto the 2020 QLD Maroon Members and Fans Cruise only. To book, please contact P&O Cruises Australia and provide your 2020 Member number during the booking process. P&O and QRL will use the Member number you provide at the time of booking will be used to verify your membership.
In response to revised medical advice and travel bans introduced by the Queensland and NZ governments, the NRL is unable to continue the competition. We have always said we would only continue for as long as it was safe to do so for our players, staff and the wider rugby league community. In this rapidly changing public health crisis, we could no longer ensure this was the case.
We cannot put a time frame on it at this stage. The NRL will continue to seek daily advice from medical experts before making decisions. As we know more about the unfolding public health situation and when we will be able to resume our matches, we will keep our fans updated.
The State of Origin is the jewel in the rugby league crown, and we will do all that we can, within the changing environment, to deliver the series.

The suspension of the Rugby League season, and current government regulations around social distancing and events means the ability to deliver member events in the future is not yet clear. We provide updates as the situation progresses.
The NRL is working with broadcasters (Channel Nine, Fox Sports and Sky Sports) around content while the competition is suspended. NRL.com and QRL.com.au will also be producing unique content while the competition is suspended. We understand that our supporters will still want to view Rugby League content and where possible we will help facilitate it. Player appearances in the media will still be encouraged through the self-isolation subject to precautions. Visit the Members Hub to keep updated with the latest Maroons and Membership news.
Non-Ticketed Supporter Memberships are still be available to purchase, starting from $15.

At this stage no 2020 State of Origin Events have been impacted and will continue as planned. In the event that a 2020 State of Origin Event were to be cancelled, all ticket holders would be contacted as a priority to discuss next steps.
